A Selection from the Poems of Edward Moris. One of the most capable Welsh poets of the seventeenth century, he stands between two worlds. He sang plenty, in the traditional manner of the High Bards, of songs of praise, elegies, requests and greetings. At the other extreme, he could turn his hand to free verse.
