Dehongliad nofel raffig o drychineb Aberfan, wedi'i adrodd o safbwynt un teulu. Ar Hydref 21, 1966, llifodd mynydd o slwtsh du i lawr o'r mynydd a boddi pentref bach Aberfan, Merthyr Tudful, gan ladd 144 o bobl, y rhan fwyaf ohonyn nhw'n blant. Gwnaeth aelodau teulu Jack Lewis fyw drwy'r drychineb, sydd erbyn hyn yn cael ei chydnabod fel un o'r trychinebau glofaol gwaethaf yn ein hanes.
