An excellent book by an excellent tour guide.  It is full of information about the ancient town of Caernarfon, where history climbs down off the walls and walks with you as you wander through it's pages and through it's narrow streets.  You will be in company with a guide who knows the place inside out; who knows it's characters and their families and stops here and there to exchange anecdotes about them - just as he enjoys the real life banter with it's citizens as he takes you on your journey.
