The Great Welsh Male Choirs

This was the first ever collection of Welsh male choirs to be released on CD. Originally released in 1987, it has been digitally re-mastered for this edition on CD. As well as some of the best recordings made by Wales' most famous choirs during their heyday - including Rhos, Pendyrus, Pontarddulais and Morriston Orpheys - this anthology also includes tracks from two of the best recordings ever made of the combined male choirs of North Wales; one at the Deeside Leisure Centre in 1979, and the other at the Royal Albert Hall in 1981.

Ar gyfer yr argraffiad newydd yma, mae'r traciau wedi eu hail-feistro yn Stiwdio SAIN, Llandwrog. Yn ogystal â recordiadau o gorau enwocaf Cymru pan oedden nhw yn eu hanterth, mae'r casgliad hanesyddol hwn yn cynnwys traciau o ddau recordiad arbennig iawn a wnaed o Gorau Unedig Gogledd Cymru, y naill yn Neuadd Albert yn 1981, a'r llall yng Nghanolfan Hamdden Glannau Dyfrfdwy yn 1979.
